REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days from the date your order is placed to request a refund on eligible purchases.

Satisfaction Guarantee (First Purchase Only)

If you're not satisfied with your experience after using the product as directed, you may request a refund on your first purchase of a product, provided the request is made within 30 days of the order date.

Approved refunds are issued without requiring the product to be returned.

This guarantee is intended for customers who have made a good-faith effort to evaluate the product as directed.

To process a refund request, we may ask for:

  • Confirmation of your delivery address or delivery date

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that show signs of abuse, fraud, or repeated refund behavior.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Exchanges

Subscription Refunds

Refunds for subscriptions apply only to the first shipment of a new subscription (the "initial order") and must be requested within 30 days of the order date.

All subsequent subscription renewals are final and non-refundable once processed, including cases where a customer forgot to cancel. You may cancel at any time before your next charge through your account portal or by contacting us at least 24 hours prior to renewal.

Refund Processing

Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 2 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
